This is where we'll put all the big events coming up. Not just the Chapter's, not just Chester's, but all over town.
This is where you come in. Email some events to me. I'll get 'em posted for everybody. Who knows, this might kick off some great rides.
Want to get in to Bike Week for Free?
Chesters's is looking for volunteers for the Torch Run on Saturday, April 5th. They need help with food serving, maintainance, parking and security. Check in with Lori Healy if you are able to help out.
They are also looking for help inside Bike Week at their tent. There are several time slots open, and volunteers will get free admission into bike week just for helping out. Definately a win-win for everyone. Again, check with Lori Healy if you would like to help.
Tombstone/Bisbee May 17th
January 30th, by Gib Donovan
We have rented out the whole Shady Dell Trailer Park in Bisbee for May 17th. Shady Dell is a great little trailer park with a bunch of old trailers. It sounds a bit odd at first but the setup is perfect for big groups. The cost of the trailers ranges from $45 to $105 per night. Each trailer sleeps 2-3 people. Only one of the trailers has showers, so showering is done in the restroom facilities (yes they have showers in there). Each person will be responsible for calling The Shady Dell and reserving their own trailer – checkout the trailer list. Their phone number is (520) 432-3567, and their website is theshadydell.com, please speak to Justin and reference East Valley HOG. There are only 10 trailers available so call now to get your reservations made. Don’t worry if all the trailers are booked there is other lodging available nearby in Bisbee.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
